Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms

米花爆 (bnb.bonmipang.com, the "Service") is provided by BONMIPANG 米花國際 ("we", "us"). By using the Service, including playing as a guest, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

If you are under eighteen, you may use the Service only after your legal representative — a parent or guardian — has read and agreed to these Terms.

2. What the Service is

• The Service is a browser-based online multiplayer game, and its core gameplay is provided free of charge.
• You may play as a guest without registering, in which case progress is stored in your browser and capped, or register an account to keep full progress.
• We may add, adjust or remove game content — maps, items, events, balance values and the like — as operations require, without individual notice.

3. Accounts

• Keep your password and signed-in sessions safe; you are responsible for what is done through your account.
• An account is for your own use and may not be sold, transferred or rented out.
• A display name must not impersonate anyone or contain hateful or obscene words; we may change it ourselves or require that it be changed.
• If you find your account has been compromised, tell us at once through the contact channel in clause 9.

4. Rules of conduct

So that every player has a fair and enjoyable environment, the following are prohibited while using the Service:

• Using cheats, scripts or automation, or tampering in any way with the game client, its network packets or match results.
• Exploiting a bug for unfair advantage. If you find one, report it to us rather than using it.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, load testing or attacking the Service without authorisation.
• Posting harassing, threatening, hateful, sexual, fraudulent or spam content in a display name, in chat, in direct messages or on the message board.
• Deliberately throwing matches, or colluding to fake match results in order to manipulate ratings or the leaderboard.
• Any other conduct that breaks the law of the Republic of China (Taiwan).

Where these rules are broken we may, depending on the severity, issue a warning, remove content, reset a rating, or suspend or terminate the account, without compensating any virtual items.

5. Coins, outfits and virtual items

• In-game coins, outfits and other virtual items are for use inside the game only. They have no cash value and may not be exchanged for money or traded outside the game.
• Holding a virtual item is a licence to use it within the Service, not a property right; it ends when the account is terminated or the Service ends.
• The Service currently offers no paid items. If paid content is introduced later — for example cosmetics that do not affect the outcome of a match, or a supporter plan — we will announce it before launch and provide contract terms and payment and refund mechanisms in line with the Republic of China (Taiwan) regulations on mandatory and prohibited provisions in standard contracts for online game services. Rights and obligations relating to payment will be governed by the terms published at that time.

6. User content and match replays

• You are responsible for the content you publish on the Service — display name, chat messages, posts — and you warrant that it infringes nobody's rights.
• You grant us permission to store, reproduce and display that content for the purpose of providing the Service — for example showing a message to other players.
• Ranked online matches produce match replays. A replay share link you create can be watched by anyone. By joining an online match you agree that the match, including your display name and your movements, may be shared by other participants.
• We may remove content that breaks these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The code, artwork, audio, names and logos of the Service belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by copyright and related law. Beyond normal use for the purpose of playing — including streaming, recording and sharing gameplay footage, which we welcome — you may not reproduce, adapt or commercially exploit them without our written consent.

米花爆 is an independently developed original work; its code, artwork and audio are produced by us. It is not affiliated with, nor authorised, sponsored or endorsed by, any third-party game company or its works; any third-party names and trademarks mentioned remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Changes, interruption and disclaimer

• The Service may be suspended or interrupted for maintenance, updates, deployment or force majeure. We will do our best to limit the impact — for example by deploying in a way that does not interrupt matches — but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.
• The Service is currently provided free of charge. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Where the law provides otherwise on a mandatory basis, that law applies.
• We reserve the right to discontinue all or part of the Service after reasonable notice.

10. Amendments and governing law

• We may amend these Terms. Significant changes will be announced in-game and the effective date will be updated; continuing to use the Service after the announcement counts as acceptance.
• These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of China (Taiwan). For disputes arising from these Terms, and except where the law provides otherwise on a mandatory basis (such as the Consumer Protection Act), the Taipei District Court in Taiwan shall be the court of first instance.
• The translations of these Terms are provided for convenience only. In case of any discrepancy between versions, the Traditional Chinese version prevails.
